Please read the Return and Refund Policy in full before calling customer support. If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any unopened and opened bottles of any shipment within ninety (90) days of our shipping date for a full or partial refund of the purchase price.  If you use more than one bottle, you will not be issued a return or any additional opened bottles. If you use one full bottle and partial of the second, you will not be issued a return for second bottle. You should notice results before you start the second bottle. Believe it or not, we have had clients use up 4 bottles and ask for a return. To receive a refund, you must follow the following procedures:

Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. You must call customer care at 888-702-1235 for refund and return instructions.

1. Contact our Customer Service Center at 888-702-1235 and notify a customer service representative. You should feel the effects within the first month.


2. Customer service will give you a return number (RMA number) to be placed inside or outside of the package along with your order number, name and address. Without this number we cannot issue a refund.


3. You must send all returned product using a shipping method with delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. You are responsible for the costs of returning any product.


4. All qualified return products must  have the proper RMA number on the box (see above) and be shipped to the address given by the customer service center.

*Please remember to call customer service to get your return number (RMA number) before sending any product back or you will not be issued a refund.
